SOPA - PIPA SHELVED!
The Constitution says: "WE THE PEOPLE," NOT "WE THE CORPORATIONS AND THE GOVERNMENT."
The Reporter says it is the "Occupy Movement" changed the apathy of Americans to now act.
Hello! Hello! - what inspired the Occupy Movement?
Americans were just pushed too far. The cummulation of the Patriot Act, Homeland Security Department, The false and sneaky restructuring of the mortgage industry, the sneaky passage of the NDAA, and the authorized molestation of innocent people by the TSA at airports, the police now agents of political tyranny, rather than our protectors, etc...A push back was inevitable.
I felt a revolution building in my gut. I knew some kind of push back was inevitable. And now the American people along with others around the world are exercizing a peaceful back lash without any weapons and causing no harm. This Occupy and Anonymous movement is a thing of beauty to behold, because it is so absolutely brilliant. Using no violence.
A great metaphor would be Star Trek. They solved problems with their mind and strove to avoid violence. Governments need to stop being the bully and start using the collective mind to solve issues. Is there a country that loves their government? If so maybe that is a model we should take a look at?? Hmmmm
So much more of an enlightened approach that using weapons, wouldn't you agree. TCoF
